ApplianceArchiverClient is not compatible with Python 3.5.5

Problem: ltserv module pycdb/master enables Python 3.5.5. Sadly, Python 3.5.5 does not support annotations. As a consequence, ApplicanceArchiver cannot be used at ltserv.
